Scheduled maintenance
As part of end of financial year processing, some functions within Environment Online will be unavailable from 5pm Monday 30 June to 7am Friday 4 July 2025. You will not be able to add or update invoice addresses, generate invoices, extend due dates or update payment statuses. All other services remain available.

The deployment includes new features and updates:

  • If you are a Service Admin, you now will be able to disassociate a Service User from representing your entity. To learn more about this feature, please use the reference guide.
  • If you are a Service User, representing more than one entity with your Environment Online account, you will now be able to switch entities without having to log out. To learn more about this feature, please use the reference guide.
