We are pleased to let you know that Microsoft has resolved the technical issues that delayed the release of Planning Advice functionality on Environment Online.
The new go-live date is scheduled for Monday 28 July 2025.
The new Planning Advice functionality will:
- streamline and create a consistent referral process across Western Australia
- provide you with the ability to submit and manage your planning advice referrals on Environment Online with an interactive dashboard
- allow you to submit general questions and enquiries related to planning advice through the platform’s enquiry form.
To ensure you can access these features from Monday 28 July, please make sure you have created an account in advance.
