New features and updates – July 2025
The deployment includes the following updates:
- You can now upload files up to 1GB for all applications, including Compliance and Management Plans.
- The NV-F05 Notification of transfer form is now fully embedded in Environment Online as a smart form.
- Attachments are noted with an asterisk as a mandatory field for the following Industry Regulation forms:
- Transfer/Transfer registration
- Surrender
- Amendment
- Renewal
- New instrument
- New registration
- If you are logging in from outside Australia, you cannot use the SMS multi-factor authentication and must use the Microsoft Authenticator instead.
