Requesting authorisation to represent an entity

19 September 2025 (Published: 18 September 2025)

IN THIS ARTICLE:

Important: This guidance is intended for Environment Online service users, not Service Administrators.

To submit applications or act on behalf of an entity, you must first be authorised by that entity’s Service Administrator.

You may be representing an entity if you are:

  • an employee submitting on behalf of your organisation
  • a consultant acting for an organisation or individual.

To request authorisation, please contact the entity’s Service Administrator.

If the entity you're representing has not been set up to access Environment Online, refer to Representing an entity for information and links to set up guides.
