Use this guide to set up your organisation to access Environment Online using a Microsoft Work Account.

 

This guide will help you to:

  • understand who can set up an organisation using a Microsoft Work Account
  • confirm prerequisites, including Microsoft Entra ID and licensing
  • grant admin consent to the Environment Online application
  • create and manage required Microsoft Entra ID security groups
  • assign Service Administrator and Service User roles
  • provide the required organisation and tenant details to the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation
  • submit the Authorisation Form to enable organisation access
  • understand what happens after setup and how users begin accessing services.
